The main screen monitors important parameters in production such as temperature, pressure, flow, speed, etc. in real time; and gives excessive alarm or forced shutdown. The main parameters and alarm information can be transmitted to DCS for monitoring through RS485, Profibus DP, Ethernet, etc. Closed-loop control can be set according to specific application needs, such as melt pressure-gear pump speed closed-loop control, process water temperature-butterfly valve opening closed-loop control, etc.
