Founded in 2015, Polycut Machinery focuses on the product development and testing of chemical equipment, specializing in the production of plastic complete granulating systems with underwater pelletizers as the core, providing innovative solutions for plastic blending and granulation. In 2020, the company established a modern production base in Chuzhou, Anhui, and set up a marketing headquarters in Shanghai. With the Chinese market as its core, the company's products are gradually expanding their reach to Europe and the Middle East.

The company boasts a professional R&D team and an experienced team of mechanical and electrical commissioning engineers. It has also established an advanced mechanical laboratory. Through years of effort, it has overcome multiple technical challenges in underwater pelletizing technology, resulting in two categories and nine machine models. The equipment has a production capacity range of 5 to 50,000 kg/h and can produce particles with a minimum diameter of 0.4 mm. The operating equipment covers applications for hot-melt adhesives, elastomers (TPE, TPV, TPEE, POE), polyolefin modified materials, engineering plastics (PA6, PC, ABS), high-temperature plastics (PMMA, PET, PS), special plastics (PEEN), expandable plastics (EPS, EPP, ETPU), biodegradable plastics (PBAT, PLA, PBS, PGA), and other materials, earning the trust of customers and market reputation.
